Hello, Once you are assigned to your first unit providing you are not deployed on an Exercise or Operations, you will be able to go home once you have completed your days work. However most single soldiers will live on barracks in single living accommodation (SLA) and married personnel can choose to live with their family in Service families accommodation (SFA).
