Can the army help my housing situation

I'm currently preparing for my basic fitness test but my housing is less than ideal, me, my fiance and dog currently live in an unsafe home (facing abuse and homelesness) and I have concerns about leaving them alone. I've tried with council and homeless team, even police but had no luck so far.

    Good afternoon,

I'm sorry to hear of your situation. we'd always refer back to the authority's for welfare concerns. Which appears to have been to no avail in your case.

The Army can and will provide accommodation to your partner and dog on completion of Training. Once you are officially a Soldier you can take advantage of the heavily subsidized housing that we get. My first house as a new Jnr Solider was only £140 a month for a 4 bed house as a Snr is £270. either way it's worth the wait if possible to get you all into a far better position in life.

Whilst i appreciate this won't help you all in the short term it certainly will should you showcase your ability in both the AC and Training.
