Can someone in the reserves do more than the minimum requirement?
Can I work my summer job, and then work more days throughout the winter with my army reserves unit? I am looking to apply for Army Combat Medic Reserve.

I think I made it too vague. For example, could you volunteer to work extra days on base or where ever extra hands are needed say 2/3/4 days a week through autumn/winter where I am quieter in my civilian life, as well as volunteering for exercises/deployments when they are available? -
