Can someone from oversea apply? Is there any challenging part during application?

We welcome applications from Commonwealth Countries yes.
Having said that, the periods an applicant from one of these countries can apply is extremely small, due to the high volume of applications we receive.
Whilst we accept applications everyday, the Commonwealth portal closes very quickly. As quick as within a week of opening due to the high application submissions. I understand the frustrations of the unknown of when and for how long the portal will remain open.
All i can suggest is check the Army website daily for when the Portal reopens.
