Can science qualification for the medical support officers be replaced with something like a nursing cadet qualification

The requirements for the medical support officer are set in stone. The best thing to do is put an application (https://apply.army.mod.uk/register) in and someone from the Officer Recruitment Team can shed a little more light.
However that qualification I would mention to them as they will be able to measure the criteria from what you add to your application to the job role itself. -
