Wondering about from 29 Commando can you join SAS or SRR?

The simple answer is yes - from any capbadge and any trade. You also don't necessarily need to be commando / para trained certainly for SRR. Obviously entry to any UKSF role is based on a huge number of criteria including recommendations from your chain of command. Hope this helps.
