Can other med services ( CMT1 equivalent )transfer into the ranger reg ?

CMT 1 can be attached to ranger units as a medic. Rangers are not a cap badge they are formed of multiple cap badges, mostly infantry, to make up the ranger unit as it is their capability that give them this title. Transferring from medical to infantry roles would be unlikely.
