Can MtFs transgender people join the Army as soldiers and how treatment works during operations?
Greetings, I'm considering joining the British Army as a soldier but I've been wondering how medical treatments can be applied or not during deployments as I currently need 1 injection every 3 months and daily hormone application. Thank you kindly.

If you have completed the transitioning process your application may not have any issues being processed however the medical team will look at all of this in detail and decide on if you will be eligible to join. They will take in consideration any ongoing treatment that is required. If you are interested in joining then please put in your application through the normal route online and start the process.
