Can I train as a HR Officer straight away or do I need to become a HR Specialist first?

Hello thanks for your question. Yes you can join as a HR officer straight away but you must still undergo the regular commissioning course at sandhurst which is 44 weeks and then train as HR afterwards. I hope this helps
