    You can apply and state your preferences and if there is availability and you meet the criteria then yes you can.

    All infantry training is held in England but when you pass out training and get to your battalion 2 Scots and 5 Scots are based in Edinburgh

    The black watch is also an option aswell as 3 rifles however thats a predominantly English regiment
