Can I join the Army Veterinary Corps as an officer after vet school and train as a paratrooper to pursue my SAS goal?
I plan to join the Army Veterinary Corps as an officer after vet school, but I also aspire to train as a paratrooper and work towards joining the SAS. Is it possible to combine these roles, balancing my veterinary career with the physical demands of paratrooper and SAS training?

The SAS is a job specific role and you wouldn't be able to practice as a veterinarian however you would be able to complete P company as this course is available to all regardless of job role. You may want to consider job choices if you final goal is the SAS.
