Can i join the army as an officer with tourettes?
Hi there, I am currently part way through college and am considering future career options, becoming an officer in the army has always been an option for me (possibly REME) although I have Tourette's syndrome but I have never taken or been prescribed any drugs to do with my Tourette's.Could i join?

This would be up to the medical team to make the final decision but i believe it is based on severity and how it impact you day to day. The fact that you do not require medication is a good start and will help improve you chances. For the medical team to review your records you will just need to apply as you would through the normal route for the job that you want.
