Can I join as an Officer Pilot, with psychological problems such as Autism and ADHD. Both of which are very mild.

Provided you can meet all of the other entry requirements and pass the strict medical criteria for piloting then yes. All conditions will be looked at by the medical team who will make the final decision as to whether you are a suitable candidate or not
