Absolutely! Applying early in your final year would give you time to allow for the application process to play out - both the medical and assessment side.
Not knowing whether you are looking at officer or soldier but it could be worth applying earlier in your university studies if you are looking at the officer route. We have bursaries that provide funding to you throughout your time there - the earlier you apply on your course the more you could get.
