Can I apply for Reserve because of my age but when I become An Officer, apply for Regular?

Hello,
You should be between 18-29yo, over this age you may be considered on a case by case basis.
You cannot transfer from the reserves to the regulars as you need to complete the full commissioning course to be a regular officer.
