Can HR specialists for logistics gain licences like drivers?

Do you mean if/when you get attached to a RLC unit, could you also complete and gain other driving qualifications/licences?
You can at any unit, as long as it fits around your work schedule and your detachment can release you for however long the courses are. You may also find that due to it not being needed for the trade (HR Specialist) you might get put at the bottom of the list and people who do require it for their trades will get loaded on first.

Hi! Thanks for your question.
You can’t pick what trade as you would’ve already joined up as a HR Specialist. Unit wise though, half way through your phase 2, everyone gets given a list of what units have availability for Clerks and then you can put your 1st/2nd/3rd choice down. You’ll then find out in the last few weeks on training where you got allocated.
