CMT 3 is a reservist only role. If you are looking at reserves you would need to talk to your local medical unit to acheive the answer. There is a lot more training involved than just medical for CMTs so although you may be able to skip some of it if any you would still need to sit on the rest of the training as we learn about stores management, Pharmacy, Environmental health , primary healthcare, prolonged field care and care under fire as well as learning how to operate in hostile environments.
