Joseph A. asked a question to Jordon W.
Asking as a commonwealth applicant.
There is a possibility for this depending on the qualification you are after part time uni courses can still be achieved or if it is job specific. If you give more details i will be able to give you a clearer answer. Please look at entry requirements for commonwealth citizens first. Job role you will be going into and if you are entering as an officer or soldier as all of these may affect opportunities etc.
Ok I want applying to become a biomedical scientist I have a laboratory background so want to develop on that though I'm not sure which roles will be offer to commonwealth applicants since there's a limited number of roles for commonwealth applicants.
Commonwealth applications are very limited unless you are already qualified in that field it may increase your chances of being selected. The other routes for it would be to either be a British citizen, Dual nationality counts for this. Be in the UK for 5 or more years, 3 years for the reserves, or have indefinite leave to remain to be able to apply directly.
Officer or soldier? Depending on which route you wish to take you need to ensure that you meet the right criteria. If you wish to apply directly as an officer you must already be qualified in the field and registered in the UK under the relevant council. If you are applying as a soldier then you will go to university after basic training to complete your degree.
There are options for both officers and soldiers to extend their knowledge through obtaining a masters degree should you which to continue and gain approval for. for requirements please visit the Army jobs website below is for the soldier route only and requirements for. If you don't have UK qualifications then you will need to get them converted.

Ok so basically if I do get the biomedical scientist role after basic training I will go to university but if I don't whichever role I'm given I will get training afterwards. But if I still do want a degree in biomedical science I can though after everything.
You will be allocated a university space before going to basic training as it will line up with the schedule. There are still possibilities of transfers and further education later on in career too.
ok thank you for making things clear
