Can any infantry soldier/officer in any regiment join 16 air assault brigade and become para trained?
Or is it just the Guards?

Any soldier / officer in any capbadge, anywhere in the UK can do P-Company (obviously depending on recommendation, fitness etc). You wouldn't necessarily then go to 16 Air Assault Bde but could still serve anywhere. There is more likelihood of serving in that Bde if you are para trained but it depends on capbadge, job (trade) and other things. Hope this helps.
