Hello and thank you for your question.
Essentially yes you can.
Post successful completion of the Army selection process, you will commence training as a Reservist Infanteer and conduct an initial training package at the Infantry Training Centre, Catterick. Time spent learning and developing your basic skills is slightly more protracted as a reservist Soldier though you will receive the same training as your regular counterpart. Once qualified as an Infanteer and you have mastered the basics, you may then go onto specialise in advanced combat roles such as Sniper, Machine Gunner or Combat Comms Specialist as just a few examples.
Any further advice then please do engage (specifically) with any of our Infantry Insiders who will no doubt be able to offer further invaluable experience in this area.
Good luck.
Stuart.
