Hi Will,
You could join as a CMT - but why would you not prefer to join as a nurse? There are lots of opportunities for nurses in the military as well, and your added skills are very valuable.
I would recommend having a chat through your options with our recruitment team directly, or there are nurses and CMTs on this platform who you could ask a question to directly.
