Good Morning and thankyou for your question.
In the Royal Armoured Corps, you will have numerous opportunities to gain qualifications and apprenticeships along side your daily job. These will usually be something tailored to the job you do, for example when working with vehicles you can expect to gain some maintenance and engineering qualifications as well as more prospects in leadership and management, telecommunications and more from other specialisations within the job.
Further to this, after serving the required amount of time, you will have access to standard learning credits (SLC's) and Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC's) which are small and large sums of money you can use to put towards any other education or courses you would like to pursue.
You will also be able to specialise as a Team Medic, which is your first point of contact in the event someone needs aid within your section. You will be the go to person whom is able to provide aid to the rest of the team in the event of an emergency and when you don't have the support of more trained personnel.
Hope this answers your question.
