For anyone nervous about joining, do you get used to it quickly or is it a slow gradient? Do you also get picked on or bullied, even after basic training?
This is a great question.
There's honestly no need to be worried. The Army has a zero tolerance approach to bullying, it can have a negative effect on motivation, mutual trust, and respect... all things that are really important to us.
Of course, realistically, bullying can still happen. But, we have regular mandated training on how to recognise it and what actions (administrative or disciplinary) can be taken, as well as a wide network of contacts that we can use to address any potential situations.
I hope that's answered your question and put your mind at ease. If you have any further questions please feel welcome to use the comments.
Thankyou, that helped alot
