Biomedical scientist HCPC opportunity

I will graduate with a IBMS accredited biomedical science degree in 2026, no HCPC registration. Is their opportunity to work as a biomedical scientist with the military and get my HCPC registration through the military? Another question, do biomedical scientists still have to undergo basic training

All roles are listed on the Army website, you can filter through them with the job finder search bar.

No one is exempt from basic training, we are are Soldiers first, Trade second. The only way to be a good Soldier is to train like one. It provides us with the foundations of the way in which we showcase our warfighting capabilities as one of the best trained Army's in the world.

As mentioned everyone has to undergo basic training. As for Biomedical science If you are already qualified you would skip the university part however you would need a registration. Universities usually help with the registration part at the end of your course but it is also something that the Army will also help with if not already done. Once in the Army will help you meet the correct standards to carry on remaining registered through CPD hours etc.
