At the end of phase 2 do you have passing out parades or is it Phase 1 only?

Hiya
because each trade does things differently there is no answer that I can give you generically. Some of the trade groups are so small going through phase 2 (trade training) that it doesn't really work having pass off parades. When I was in charge of chef training we had a small ceremony for the soldiers and training team to mark the occasion.
