Each role has its own education requirements (some don't require any formal qualifications). You can find out more on the Army Jobs website by looking at the role's page and scrolling down to 'Entry requirements'.

For example, to join the Guards you don't need any formal qualifications: Serve with the Guards in the Infantry | Army Jobs

but to join as a Geographic technician you'll need GCSE Grade A–C/9-5 or Scottish National 5 grade A-C, in Maths and GCSE Grade A–C/9-4, or Scottish National 5 grade A-C, in English Language and one other subject: Geographic Technician | Army Jobs.
