Hi Ashwin,
RMOs often deploy with their regiments. Their job is to provide care to their soldiers in the most practical and efficient way possible, this means they need to be in a location that is accessible to all their soldiers. That location may be stable, in a base, or it may be moving eg from a vehicle or on foot.
