Yes you can absolutely join the Royal Regiment of Scotland as an Englishman. The SCOTS have a diverse team from all backgrounds across the UK and commonwealth. You will not be singled out as for being English and we have a robust Diversity and Inclusion policy to address it if you ever felt you were.
