Hi Miraj,
As an OPMI or OPTI, combat is not your primary role, but you may be required to work closely with the combat arms. This may involve going on patrols with them in hostile environments in order to better understand the Intelligence picture in your area of operations. However, a number of our roles are based away from the front line, so there is no guarantee that you will be directly involved in any kinetic action!
