As a reservist there are a couple of ways you can complete your training. They run intensive courses to get your training out of the way or you can do it bit by bit at weekends etc you then move onto the next thing.



When you join the army you are always training for the next thing. It maybe an exercise, it may be a deployment, it may be a promotion or it could just be a different weapon system etc. it all pays off though, I joined the Army without a degree and now, through civilian accreditation of courses I have completed with work I will soon get my degree.
