As a regular HR officer, where will I be based? How likely is it I will be sent away?

Hi - As an officer in the AGC (SPS) after training you can be attached to almost every unit in the British Army with locations all over the UK and overseas. You will get a preference in where you are posted if being close to family is what you want. As an officer in the AGC SPS you can still be deployed with your Unit on overseas Operations and exercises for varying lengths of time, however it is a good balance between working at your home unit and being away.
