As a HR reservist, do you attend the 44 week training at Sandhurst? Do you get to go home at weekends?

Good morning,
the 44 wk course at Sandhurst is for Regular Officers. Reserve Officers and Soldiers training is more modular to make it more achievable around your home life. Some of these modules might see you having to work over the weekend but they aren't long and add up to the same training the Regulars receive.
