Qualifications that are civilian recognised can be gained an apprenticeship in healthcare can be obtained during trade training and you can further progress on to EMT/AAP and paramedic level however places for these courses are highly sought after so is not always guaranteed.
Do you need UCAS points to be able to qualify for that?
As it is a university degree that would need to be achieved UCAS point would usually be required but are not necessary for a CMT however there is a strict criteria usually resulting in having completed your level 3 apprenticeship and reflective accounts, having an up to date CV and passing the selection process for the course. The criteria is set on a yearly basis so is subject to change this is usually down to the universities to set the criteria but most of which would already have been met by being a CMT.
