Depends on what you mean by failed the medical tests and at what stage? There is an appeals process if you disagree with the outcome of your medical results. However the final decision is for the doctors to decide if you are ineligible for a specific job role, other roles may still be open. However if its from joining the Army as a whole then there are plenty of civilian contractors that work with or alongside the British Army that may have a role that suits you.
