MSO jobs are specifically for medical units although you can do things such as P company outside of this you would not be able to be attached to them as a MSO. However if this is something that you are interested in doing as an MSO look into 16 medical regiment.

16 medical regiment is the medical unit that works alongside the parachute regiment it also gives you better opportunities to do P company. That is the closets you'll be able to get to it as an MSO if you went the medic route you could do things such as SFSG which allows you to become more deployable o get attached to Ranger units too but that is only at a soldier role. If you want to become an officer and work within a tier 2 unit then you be better off aiming for infantry as it will cover this bracket but for more information on that you would need to talk the the officer recruiting team.
