Are fringes allowed for males and if so what is the longest they can be during basic training?

I'm not sure bud, it's been 16 years since I was in Basic Training and I was just shaved like a sheep.

I think, during training your still shaved as people will turn up with all manner of hair cuts.

Once you have finished training your hair is your own as long as its off your ears, collar and its respectable.

Hi, as long as your hair can fit under a beret you can have what you want (not crazy colours). We have guys with perms on top, fringes and mullets. Potentially during basic training you might need to have a hair cut but after than you can pretty much do what you want. Hope that helps.
