Are food intolerances catered for whilst deployed?
I have IBS and have to avoid dairy.

There are things in place yes, once you have passed out of training you should have cooking facilities in your accommodation.
A lot of serving personnel choose to cater for themselves whilst at home unit.
Depending what deployment your on will determine what facilities are available
