Army people are nice AND kind.
No wants to work with horrible people. More so when you have to leave with them. You will form and close group of friends, that will be your trusted circle. but you'll also have your team/section/troop/platoon that you will learn to trust.
That said, there will always be people that you don't like or they don't like you. In that case its just being professional.
