Do you have a particular question regarding apprenticeships? Every role in the army apart from the Corps of Army Music has it`s own specialised apprenticeship scheme, so you will gain a qualification no matter where you go into. (bar music)
Does the army do infantry apprentices for people leaving year 11 (16 years old) and if so do you think as a female I am likely to be accepted?
Hi Sophi,
You can apply to join the army from 15 years and 7 months old, so as long as you meet the other eligibility requirements (link below) you could apply.
Apprenticeships are aligned with most of our roles, and with the Infantry you could do your HM Forces Serviceperson (Protective Services) Apprenticeship. You can find all the information you need on apprenticeships and roles using the Army Jobs website (link below).
I hope that helps to answer your question, but please feel welcome to follow up with anything else in the comments.
