There are a number of steps you will need to take before you could join the Army and find a role that is right for you.

Firstly is ensuring you are eligable from a nationality perspecitve and which pathway you choose to enter by. https://jobs.army.mod.uk/how-to-join/can-i-apply/nationality/ You are eligable by being from the commonwealth however this path is extremely popular with limited spaces. There may be other more direct routes for you if you are able to get British Citizenship

After this you should check out the Role Finder to see what you wish to do. https://jobs.army.mod.uk/regular-army/find-a-role/. There are no roles that specifically pertain to Environmental Sustainability or Green Tech however there are Jobs that you could apply for later in your career where you could work in this field. This has been the same for me. There is no career stream for media so i became an armoured officer and apply for and compete against others for Media jobs accross the army.

The TL:DR answer is there are plenty of roles for you but i took the implied question that you wanted to do somethign that directly relates to your Masters and these are relatively limited, not a core role, but do exist.
