Hello,
I have had a look at this and whilst it is not an area I am familiar with, I would say you should be okay so long as you are already resident in the UK. The role information page has no specific eligibility requirements based on nationality and to join the reserves as an Irish citizen, it only states that you must reside in the UK.

Hi there,
Currently if you are British, Irish, or from a Commonwealth country you can apply to join the British Army. You don’t need UK citizenship or residency.
You would be subject to the selection process just like any other candidate.
Good luck with your application!
