This is what i need: Operational structure and chain of command,training and rehearsal protocol,uniform and presentation standards,instrument maintenance and management,performance and ceremonial conduct, Marching and formation procedures, health and safety measures, music selection and repertoire,funding allocation and management,event protocols and community engagement.
