Age limit for employment
Good Day, I have a shipping background. Sailed upto 2nd Engineer then moved ashore into ship management. I would very much be interested in a role within the army/forces but looking at opportunities I see an age limit upto 35yrs. Being 44 years is there any route whatsoever into the army?

Good morning,
44 is past the cut off for the regular Army, however you could still join the reserves as a part time soldier, that way you still get to experience life in the Army at a pace and time that suits you.
